What is this witchery? Lithuanian designer Ignas Survila designed this traffic-stopping neon eye candy of an urban kickscooter with little wheels that can be folded in two when not in use, and slung casually over the shoulder. Screams ‘hipster’ to be sure, but boy, does it look good.
