There is a magical looking forest called Hallerbos located in the south of Brussels, Belgium. The forest floor is infested with bluebells and their blooms burst forth in spring, coating the forest’s floor with a purplish-blue, fairy-like carpet.
Besotted with them, photographer Kilian Schönberger went deep into the woods to capture this pretty fairy tale setting. He confirmed: ‘The colours are really that blue, especially under the moist conditions of the morning fog’.
