This southern three-banded armadillo just can’t stop rolling with glee
Talk about being on a roll. Meet Rollie, a southern three-banded armadillo who lives at the Northeastern Wisconsin Zoo in Green Bay and more than lives up to its name by rolling around a lot. On the zoo’s Facebook page, we learnt that Rollie eats beetles, ants and termites, especially during the dry season. [watch the video here]
And plants and fruits too. But Rollie especially loves his mealworms! We can’t believe an armadillo can be this cute. Maybe it is time to give up some online space, kitties and doggies.
