Sandro Giordoan’s recent posed photo series of people taking the fall for their valued possessions may look hilarious at first glance, but really stems from a painful bike fall he had while trying to hold on to something he had in his grasp. This subsequently caused him to lose partial function in one hand. Next, in a separate accident, his friend broke a leg while trying to save a smartphone.
Giordoan started to think about the banality of how people put their lives at risk just to protect relatively unimportant objects. We can’t help, though, but think about the irony of people actually tripping while looking at these Instagram photos on their phone…
