Wow! British Airways wanted to see how its passengers felt about its service — so it experimented by handing out a ‘Happiness Blanket’ and a brainwave-measuring headband that connected to the blanket’s inbuilt fiber optic LED lights via Bluetooth, to the premium cabin passengers onboard one of its New York-London flights.
A blanket that lit up in blue indicated a happy flyer while red indicated a stressed one. This blanket looks so, so beautiful, if we had one on us, we wouldn’t even care what colour it was.
